2 1/4' long, enameled w/ faux diamonds. legs wiggle when wearer moves. Articulated Brooch , silver and gold colors.
This is a heavy quality made 16" gilt chain choker necklace with a deep red domed faux red stone (faux coral?) probably made of bakelite or lucite. The chain looks and feels and "moves" like real gold. It is lovely. The back stamp on the pendant is marvella (no copyright symbol ) It has a lobster clasp.
Quality Made - designed by ?? The only name I saw that designed for Marvella was Kenneth Jay Lane
Age? Vintage .. But after 1930's due to Lobster Clasp. The hallmark is just Marvella (no copyright symbol)...I am guessing this might be 1950's?
I see no damage
16" clasp to clasp
Pendant does not remove
heavy gold links look bench made and securely closed.
According to the net:
The lobster clasp was patented in 1928 by the American jeweler, Louis Bell.
It became popular in the 1930s as a secure fastening for jewelry.
The design was inspired by the shape of a lobster's claw, hence the name
Founded by Sol E. Weinreich, Marvella began as Weinreich Bros. Company in 1911 in Philadelphia. This business not only manufactured jewelry under their own Marvella brand, but they made inventory for other jewelry establishments as well. In 1950, the name of the business changed to Marvella Pearls and later morphed into Marvella Inc....Marvella was acquired by Crystal Brands Inc. in 1982 which also owned the Trifari and Monet trademarks at the time. In 2000, Liz Claiborne bought Crystal Brands and moved jewelry production for Marvella lines out of the United States.

according to the internet that is for Tru-Kay Mfg. Co.16 Bishop St. Providence 3, RI
"The history of the Tru-Kay jewelry brand began over 76 years ago in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Founded in February 1946, Tru-Kay Manufacturing Co. was a family business headed by Alan M. Kaufman, its president. The company handcrafted high-quality classic design jewelry using 12K and 14K gold, sterling silver, cultured pearls, genuine coral, jade, shell, Austrian crystal or rhinestones. The markings on the oval cartouche included the initials TK and the hallmark of gold. In addition, most of the jewelry sold in large stores was packaged in beautiful branded boxes with a foil tag and a stylized Tru-Kay logo.
Noteworthy, in 1982 the company became part of the Richline Group Inc. and received the alternative trade name Belair Mfg."
I believe the cartouche hallmark on this one says 12 Kt G.F.

Vintage Earrings possibly c1930's
Beautiful combination. The large cabochon is dk and light blue and looks like faux lapis? this is then surrounded by five deep blue prong set cut glass stones, Something about the style and workmanship of these clip earrings looks European to me. Perhaps Checho-slov or Austrian, But no hallmarks or back stamps so not sure of the manufacture, Gilt filigree ..even on the back it is decorated. Some Age patina on the back.
Clips work fine. They are not heavy or uncomfortable.
I see no damage or signature/ hallmarks.

*Vintage Morris Moskowitz Mid Century Clutch Purse
Clean and Pretty Purse, Exterior Dark Blue ... don't know material .. might be wool
blue Lining looks like satin. clean.
MM Label as shown. (I gently wiped lint from the outside and inside)
Purse has Very Mid-Century Modern Styling...
Looks like a Hollywood Vibe
Size - 8" long x 4" tall by about 1 1/2 " thick this is a nice size hand clutch for a stylish evening out. Navy blue with gilt brass and the most eye catching thumb opening in a stacked half oval ...
Mr. Moskowitz had an interesting career which can be read on the internet. His beautiful bags have withstood the test of time because of the thoughtful design, careful construction and because they have been well treasured items by their prior owner. This bag is perhaps 50-70 +/- years old and still looks great (gently used). To me it looks mid century /art deco but I do not know the age .
Accordidng to the internet, in 1937, Moskowitz and a business partner, Arnold Garay, started the Garay handbag company. Later in 1948/49, Moskowitz started his eponymous company, MM (as seen on the label). In 1952, high-quality wool manufacturer Forstmann (established 1904) collaborated with Moskowitz on MM’s line of wool broadcloth bags.
